I’ve been using that slogan since 1989 a year after I started in real estate. I just couldn’t believe what top agents were saying back then that working in real estate is just “A Numbers Game”. Well it wasn’t to me back then, and it isn’t to me today, some 24 years later.

I’ve been very fortunate to have met some great people in my real estate career some of my sellers from back in the day are still friends of mine today. I hold sellers dear to my heart because I become a member of their family from the day we sign the listing papers to the day we close on the sale of the home. Sometimes I’ll get a call from a total stranger telling me “you were recommended very highly to me and I want you to list and sell my home”. I can’t wait to find out which of my past sellers or buyers told him about me.

I opened my own RE/MAX office in 2000, RE/MAX Professionals and the reason I touch just on these facts in my career is just to show you how crazy this business really is.
